According to Ghostbusters II, the End of the World Is on Valentine's Day so You Better Have a Good Date Planned

In Ghostbusters II a psychic named Elaine warned that the end of the world will be on February 14th, 2016.  She assures us that the facts are accurate. After all they were obtained from a reputable alien source in a room at the Holiday Inn. 

Of course we realize it's just a movie, but what if her prediction is true! It wouldn't be the first time that a movie foretold the future. We have hoverboards now, don't we?
